What is a roster snapshot?
Roster snapshots are generated any time changes are published to the roster in Sona. This allows managers to see when changes were made, who made the changes and what type of changes they made.
Where can I find roster snapshots?
- Select the ⋮ icon in the top-right corner.
- Select "Snapshots"
This will open the Roster Snapshots page, where you can view all automatic and manual snapshots.
- Automatic snapshots are generated when a change is published in the roster.
- Manual snapshots allow a manager to take an instant snapshot of the roster without making any changes (this can be done by clicking the green button "Generate Snapshot".
You can see all previous snapshots (both manual and automatic) and can select the relevant snapshot you wish to view from the list:
Once you select the snapshot you wish to view, you can then download this snapshot as a CSV using the download button highlighted in red below:
The CSV will list all shifts that were live on the roster at the time the snapshot was generated.
