T&A Analysis:
This report enables you to analyse T&A discrepancies by location and by employee.
Filter by:
- Week (this will default to the current week unless the Week filter is changed)
- Type of discrepancy
- Division (Grandparent location), Area (Parent location) and employee's Base Location
- Employee ID or Employee Name to find data that relates to a particular staff member.
Discrepancies By Reason:
The table on the left and the chart on the right both reflect the same data but in two different formats.
The table shows the number of discrepancies per reason for the current week as well as the previous week. A difference column then highlights in green instances where the number of discrepancies has dropped or red where the number of discrepancies has increased.
The chart on the right shows the total number of discrepancies for the week, broken down into the discrepancy reasons in a visual format:

Discrepancies By Location:
This table lists each location on the left with the number of discrepancies for the current week as well as the previous week. A difference column then highlights in green instances where the number of discrepancies has dropped or red where the number of discrepancies has increased.
Discrepancies By Worker:
This table lists staff members on the left (including their Employee ID, Name and Base Location) with the number of discrepancies for the current week as well as the previous week. A difference column then highlights in green instances where the number of discrepancies has dropped or red where the number of discrepancies has increased.
