Shift Cancellations Dashboard:
The Shift Cancellations dashboard surfaces all data relating to cancelled shifts in one place, enabling you to spot trends in cancelled shifts or identify issues leading to shifts being cancelled.
âž• What are the benefits of this dashboard?
You have all your cancelled data in one place for easy exports and analysis.
With 2 new charts, you can easily see all your quick KPI including how many shifts have been cancelled, what percentage of shifts have been cancelled and which location and employee have had the most shifts cancelled.
đź’ˇ Advanced Filtering:
We’ve improved our filtering! You can now filter down based on Employee ID, Full Name, Location, Job Title, Contract Type, Employee Status and Shift Type. You can also choose whether or not to include absence shifts and/or agency shifts.
📊 Dynamic Parameter:
You can interact with the “Dynamic Parameter” view the percentage of cancelled shifts for multiple dimensions. To do this, simply update “Dynamic Parameter” filters! By default, this will be set to “Location”.
🗓️ Date Aggregation:
You can now choose how you would like to aggregate your data on the time-series charts! Options include weekly (tailored to the start of your work week) and monthly. By default, this will be set to “monthly”.
❗️Important Definitions
- Status is the field you see in Employee management and may be Active, Leaver (to leave soon), Left, Starting Soon or Deactivated.
- You can now see when the data was last refreshed! This is the “Latest Data Sync”.
